Alipheese has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for two months.

Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

They appear to have left the discords and been offline for the last few days, so I don't know where they went to! Additionally, I thought that they wanted another 2 months before they'd be reviewed? Oh well, all I have to say are good things. During their time on the server they've been very stern and a good admin, probably one of the best we've had so far in terms of the communication I have had with them. Though, I am a bit confused about the random departure without a word.

It's been longer than 2 months. A few weeks after their trial started they had to be absent for a few weeks so they asked for their trial to be extended to today, which is also their birthday!

Whenever I have seen them they have been an admin who communicates very well with the players and investigates issues thoroughly, they certainly have helped me as I have been learning to admin myself.

Though they did come last in a 4 way combat between some trialmins, not that you need to be robust to be an admin, that is what gibbing is for.

Since it's their birthday I imagine their current disappearance could be linked to something along those lines? They were very much looking forward to their review/birthday when I last spoke to Daturix. I imagine it shouldn't be an issue.

To clear things up since I have a couple minutes free.
The two months thing was I was canidate for 2 months prior. If It's deemed I need an extension then absolutely I'll take it.

Has anyone other than the trialmins have anything to say? Surely one of our esteemed game masters has seen them in action

I've had brief interactions with him and never had anything less than good in the handling of my ahelps, very good taste in midis

My contacts with them have been brief but mostly unremarkable. They're pretty good people though so I wish we'd had more opportunities to interact.

I haven't had as much time spent adminning with them as I'd have liked to have had before reviewing them, but from the times I've seen they were generally a dedicated and well performing administrator. They are fairly attentive in learning from other administrators around them, and are usually willing to consider what other administrators say.

I would like to see them get back into adminning on the server a bit more when they're able to, but otherwise I would support their graduation to gameadmin.
