/tg/Station 13

ivanissaccs has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for roughly two months.

Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

So people haven't seen much of Ivan this term because he's the main admin on Terry. He's messaged me every time that Terry went down and he's been really dedicated ever since we lost the past two admins on Terry. I cannot think of any better to be the lead admin on Terry and he's done so for the past 2 months, without really being on the other servers that much.

I accidently broke a rule and I explained it was an accident. He was understanding and explained what the consequenses could be. He was also friendly. Hes also dedicated.

He's so dedicated to adminning Terry, I see him online when no other players are. +1.

Gotta watch Poly dude, I suspect him strongly of using knowledge from previous rounds to judge whats happening in the current ones.

Latest of the homegrown terry based admins. Had played for a while on other servers so had a better feel for /tg/ culture than the others before taking a break then coming back and joining Terry. Tends to be a bit apart from the rest of the admin team but isn't completely out of the loop in terms of communications and hanging out on discord. When they're unsure about something I've seen them ask others about it and that's great. They also just managed a very nice solid ban, so congrats on that.

Nobody was going to say no to this review without any glaring issues, but Ivan is legitimately a very good admin and I've not seen a single bad ban from him yet. Even if he wasn't a Terry admin he'd still be very worthy of a promotion.
