imsxz has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for roughly two months.

Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

Good memer, good admin. They’re nice in ahelps and appear to be nice in appeals. Doesn’t give a shit about gamer drama too. Leader of the active trialmin bunch. Also, they know how to mess with your round in fun memey ways (but dear lord touch purrbation again imsxz I dare you).

That being said, some glaring issues with their adminship and playstyle have emerged. Mainly the fact that they often play a random name cat. Please try to improve imsxz.

Imsxz is online all the time when I am, I rarely admin without him. He's a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about the game mechanics, and have a good attitude. I don't think I've ever seen him make a poor ruling, and he usually asks in adminbus if he's unsure about something.

If he's not promoted, I will protest outside of your house until he is @headmins.

We all know they've already bribed the admins to promote them just like they bribe them to keep getting antag.







But really Imsxz is a great admin and should be promoted.

Like beesting, they are obnoxiously good at being an admin, blowing my preconceived notions out of the water.

I've also adminned and played with them. Imsxz is probably still annoyed at me for the round we were both a part of that one time but I think they are a great admin and a great player as well. Very robust and can murderbone and still make it a good round. When not an antag, they also play a great character and still make for good rounds.

Probably admins so often that they have come into contact with almost the entire team, so activity is a ++

I keep referring to them by their ex-static name.

I'd like to request they change their CDkey to something with more vowels and change their gender so that it matches the one in my headcanon.

If they don't do this I think this needs to be an extend, for one minute, then promote.

I'm doing a ban review and they beaned someone for 69 minutes for spamming, and another person for loss posting.

I would like to remove my recommendation of extend as a result.

Punishments seem heavier on ghost and job bans, with a decent amount of shorter bans as warranted and a perma or two where warranted. They have a good number of warnings made as notes on a wide variety of topics. Maybe one or two that I would have made a short ban instead but nothing I disagree with in terms of their administration.

Jokes aside good admin, and although he likes his killing sprees sometimes (which I don't really fault him for and tbh I believe they stand out from other players just by virtue of being more successful at it rather than due to frequency) still tries to make things interesting which shows inclination to being mindful of other people's experience, an important trait to have for an admin

Surprise, surprise.

Promote them please. They work hard, are chill and fun to orbit when antag.

Listen man, it's fine. Everyone likes being able to robust the fuck out of an entire crew sometimes, but it's not always fun for the rest of the players. Only thing I really would suggest is try to lean a little more towards the 'make a round fun for everyone' side of antags instead of 'I am gonna fucking murder the entire crew'.

Absolutely deserves to be an admin though, they're pretty nice in ahelps and OOC and know their stuff.

I could not be happier with my choice of making Imsxz a candidate.
He has exceeded all of my expectations, and is definitely one of the best and most dedicated admins on our team.
