Cimika has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for roughly two months.

Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

I see absolutely no reason not to promote Cimika. They've exceeded expectations in pretty much everything I've seen them do. +promote

Has done a very good job integrating with the admin team and being vigilant on ways to improve their work. Asks lots of good questions and turns out good work on the servers. Definitely promote.

Made an explosive entry onto the team, forward-oriented and always looking for points of improvement, willing and able to challenge entrenched policy in the best interests of the server, invested in change and development.

Will be a head admin by 2023.

An incredible Trial Admin, and someone who I have a ton of respect for supporting me when I was lost in SS13. They should be a GameAdmin as soon as possible!

Cimika definitely deserves to be promoted. Courteous, thoughtful, active.

Very dedicated to improving their craft and being a good admin. Promotion is a total no brainer.

While I've disagreed with them multiple times, they've always been respectful, they're great at adminning, do nice events and are helpful in multiple places. Very easy promote.

It is hard ignore the display of professionalism with Cimika. I do hope climbing up the ladders would not change that. I think it is well deserved. Hope we will see Cimika as a future headmin canditate.

Definitely promote, they deserve it. They've worked hard and have been consistently impressive throughout their trial.

Universally adored by admins and players alike. If they survive burnout, will make a great player vote headmin one day.

Extremely competent admin willing to play or admin on any server that needs it, with consistently good ticket conduct. Great knowledge of the admin tools, and does high-effort events that the players love.
