o0cyann0o has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for roughly two months.

Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

As someone whose opinion holds great sway over their potential promotion I am happy to say they are cut from a very fine cloth, one which was no doubt worn by the virgin Mary herself, and they are indubitably fit to wield the purple.

I also think they can get too heated, and need to take a step back to cool down so they both don't get burnt out - nor their feelings end up affecting their decisions.
I think a promotion would be okay. But I also believe a trial extension would help them get more comfortable with adminning, with some slight pressure of being on trial. I think letting them go would be a huge mistake (not that anyone say anything about this!).
They have improved a lot since they started out, and it will only get better. They have made a bunch of silly mistakes and there was not a single time in which they didn't apologize (examples being their not-so-professional posting on forums/discord).
Cyan's great. They will be a great addition to the team. Promotion or extention, it would not change the fact they're doing great work and will become a better admin every day.

true, though i don't think cyan would burn out from it. they get heated from stuff that happens more than i'd like but at the same time i haven't seen it lead into say, making a dumb ban or ruining someone's round... so I think it's fine. cyan has had one month to make that very mistake and they haven't, so i'm saying extending trial won't do much and promotion makes sense.

also man they mesh well with people in adminbus

Cyan makes good calls, but as others have said, can be prone to getting a bit spicy/heated. I would definitely be disappointed to if Cyan were deadminned, though.

We've decided to extend Cyan's trial by a month, after talking to them about conduct issues that have come up during their trial.
