Trialmin Review 2.0: MagmaExploiter

MagmaExploiter has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for roughly one month since his last review.
Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

Much more active in the admin channels. Asking questions. Absorbing knowledge. Learning.
Improved. Happy they took advice. Better admin as result.

Echoing my comments from last time. They're a very active admin who tends to get involved in the shift to keep the players entertained. From what I've seen - any behaviors that I was previously not a fan of, they've toned down over their extended trial, so I think they're fine to promote.

Since their last trial, MagmaExploiter has been more diligent in asking for second opinions from other admins when they're unsure, and respectful with players in tickets.
