Smithers has been on the .txt as a TA for roughly two months now.

This thread is for public review of how they've been going, pending potential promotion to full game admin. As always, this is a time where players are encouraged to offer feedback and comment on how they think they've been going, and whether they should be promoted fully, be removed from the .txt, or have their promotion delayed.

100%, 200%, 300% promote. There is absolutely no reason to delay the inevitable. Great admin, highly dedicated to the community, and an extremely good friend as well.

Pleasantly waiting for my boy to get purpled.
He's improved since I brought him on - which is impressive, given the high bar he set at the start.

From the tickets I read through he's consistently kind with the folks he interacts with, and my old complaint of response times came out in the wash of practice.
