TRIALMIN REVIEW: Aloraydrel

Aloraydrel has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for a month now.

Please use this thread as public review where it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin or if they should be removed from the .txt.

From what i've seen, he's been a very competent and dedicated admin. He has a will to learn, and improve his skills.

He is very firmly grounded in his morals, and all his rulings are fair, and well balanced.

Promote post haste.

He has the right mindset, and was observed on one occasion to display an attention to detail/thoroughness. The guy also has a good grasp on game mechanics/knowledge. I'm still surprised he asked for this but I'm happy with the fact that he did.

Needs to work on their communication with other admins. Yesterday I had to ask them 4 times in ahelp about an issue. Otherwise seems pretty competent.

Seen a lot of Aloraydrel in the late night/early morning AU timezone. Fast on the draw with the adminhelps and keeps a level head. More than happy to say promote.

Also has a weird habit of beating me to replying to an ahelp and then typing literally exactly what I would've done. Seriously, it's freaking me out.
