Hunting the Nukeop Shuttle

Rule 2, precedent 5 of the rules, the no shuttle-hunting rule, has been removed on a trial period after the merge of this PR: https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/42034.
If this sees abuse during the trial period, we may elect to re-instate it in some form. For now, however, it is gone.

Rule 2 precedent 5 wrote:Station crew are currently not allowed to board or search for the syndicate shuttle during nuke op rounds, unless they specifically follow an operative or a pinpointer onto the shuttle.
It is better to adminhelp first in this situation, so admins can confirm that you found it legitimately.
