The ideas subforum is part of the coding section, so would not be appropriate there. General chat already has the headmin subforums so putting it there would make it seem like some random catch all bin.
Section wise, somewhere in Official Business or FNR are the only fits, leaving the options to auditorium, town hall, admin complaints, or policy. Town Hall would be a good fit, Admin complaints would be a good fit too for ironic reasons.
