That looks like the old BoxStation medbay. Those are the wrong tables for the chemistry desk and there don't seem to be any windoors, though. Also it's deeply fascinating the way that image has been recreated over the years. An instance of things being preserved rather than torn out needlessly.

It's fun to recreate the scenes! I remade the xenomorph infection picture about a month ago. The previous version had really old lime-green blood and alien sprites. It was tricky to replicate the blood and gib placements as it dries up rather quickly.
