How do you change your forum username?

According to the forum rules there seems te be a way to do it, but I don't know how. Does somebody know?

10. There is a 2 week minimum wait after getting your username changed before you may request it be changed again.

I think any forum admin, site admin or headmin can do it. I've got access to the admin control panel where I appear to be able to set a new username. I should try it on one of the banned spambots.

Yup, looks like headmins can too.

"froggers" is €10.000 in debt
kawoppi on the other hand is debt free and not yet banned from the hardware store

it's so sad that froggers stumbled off a cliff and died an off-screen death (don't look for the body)
it's a shame they didn't pay back all those loans (i'm sure they would have, if given more time) now those poor poor bankers have nothing to collect on
