 At -100 to about -50 its believed to be in a liquid state (this is primarily what the cryo-healer uses).

The next state is liquid because so much of the energy is in there that electrical attractions are being made. Now from 150-10000 its liquid. This liquid is vicious. It can ONLY be transferred by a very special container that is built to not be affected by heat. The material is very hard to make and therefore has only been used to line certain pipes and canisters. (The tanks level off their potential temp at 500. It contains a weaker version of the material). 

Lmao. Liquid plasma is completely stable and you can contain it in any beaker or a damn soda can.

Now moving onwards to 10000+ we have something VERY unique. (Now since SS13 researchers havn’t been able to hat up plasma to this all of this is so far ‘theory’.) We have Plasma Solid. THis palsma solid has such a high amount of energy that it doesn’t cool down. If the plasma liquid is released and hits the ground it releases enough heat to create a fire which with the carbon involved started breaking down the Hieng creating a molten lava effect. A burst pipe of 5000 degree plasma onto the ground will cause an innocent lolking white orange spill that in a few seconds dematerializes the floor! 

I'm pretty sure heating plasma to 10000 degrees C is quite possible in game and it doesn't turn it solid at all.

Our previous lore mentioning Tri-ethanol was written by an actual chemist analyzing the properties of the way plasma actually operates in game.

At this point it makes no sense to use any of this. Plasma doesn't work like this at all, and I mean it's not even well-written.
Considering that all the old faction lore was completely retconned at the bottom of the page I wouldn't even take this with a grain of salt.

Two, plasma would be rare on Earth, but in a gas giant that's composed mainly of this shit, it'd be produced easily. Even more so if the Plasma-Gas-Giant doesn't have an atmosphere that could block out the cosmic rays. 

Also, being able to make it in a lab is canon. The chemmaster can make plasma just fine.

I always figured plasma was a hydrocarbon with only deuterium and tritium atoms instead of the normal hydrogen isotope. To explain why it is extremely rare and valuable and nearly impossible to make artificially, despite producing only carbon dioxide when burned.
