It appeared a lot in stenography as a way to bolster the weight of opinions. A forum that should be originating, however indirectly, from /tg/ probably doesn't need them.

I can't think of any positives for postcounts either.

That depends on what board layout you have. On "prosilver" style there is no visual ident.

I would be all for a general ideas section and branch-specific feedback sections. There definitely needs to be somewhere to give branch-specific suggestions, requests, comments, complaints, etc though, so no merging everything. Not that anyone was suggesting that.

The fact this site still uses the default phpBB logo at the top is really starting to bother me. Anybody interested in making a logo?

I think it'd be a fairly good idea to just merge the NT and /tg/ idea boards into one.

Just. There is literally no reason why they should be seperate and it just makes it harder to find ideas.

Coding and feedback would stay seperate, obviously. But ideas are free \o/

Agree - NT Code and TG Code are similar enough that ideas aren't really specific to a codebase. If they are, they can be flagged in the topic as a special case.
