[COMPLETE] Legless Dropdown Modifier for Paraplegic Quirk

This bounty entails modifying the paraplegic quirk to have a drop down like say, hemiplegic that lets you choose left or right side in the quirk menu. But instead you choose whether you have legs or not. It is a somewhat small change but a necessary one for me for in-character reasons and also because paraplegics come in all sorts, not just with legs attached. Perhaps they lost their legs from an incident or got them removed in the past due to their condition. Regardless, some players may prefer no legs when being in a wheelchair or whatever their purpose is. This feature is actually already on monkestation I think. Or maybe it was shiptest? I thought it was a really nice, but small QoL feature for this quirk regardless and would love to see it here. If you need to look somewhere for code change in regard to getting this done, I suggest checking one of those two code bases to see how they did it.
