Unable to log in

When attempting to join any of the /tg/ servers, I get into the lobby and can see the idle screen of the station background, as well as OOC chat, but there is no menu to join the game, setup character, etc. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling byond, talking with admins, nothing has worked. The only solutions I have found to date is joining the server on a separate computer and then once my character has loaded and is in the arrivals shuttle, switching to my good computer, or sitting at the start screen until round end at which point I can ready up normally. As of this morning, I am no longer able to do this due to my garbage laptop finally giving up the ghost. This happens on no other server, only /tg/station.

Seems to work fine if I switch a mob's key to his. He seems to be able to play the game just fine, windows and everything. Just joining the game seems to be an issue for him.

If you have multiple monitors, byond will only work correctly on the monitor that is set as primary, otherwise no popup windows (like the join game one) will appear.

I DO have multiple monitors, and Byond opens on my primary. In the screenshot, you can see the clipped edge of my start menu there.
