[BUG] ayys "arent trained" to use science tools

ayys can no longer use science tools since they arent "trained" to use them.
please fix post-haste.

I doubt someone that never did any pr/created any issue/probably never commented on anything would be gitbanned.

it was back when i first joined back in like '13 or '14, i asked an admin about my github status and he said i was banned. dont remember who though.

the issue is that the scientists aren't given scientist in their DNA
admins looking for a quick fix can just set "scientist" var in their DNA to 1
