Code Bounty: Monkey Screeching for the Monkey Mask

I'm offering $10 for anyone who adds a functionality comparable to the security gas masks compli-o-nator to the monkey mask (/obj/item/clothing/mask/gas/monkeymask). I don't need screwdriver-adjustable levels but I'll add $5 if it can be emagged for a more obnoxious sound with bigger and more annoying chat text. You can probably copy-paste most of the code from the security gas masks but I'm too stupid to operate git without wanting to shoot myself so here we are.

how many sounds are you looking for?

Of the ones provided that are actually screeching, they're too long and would need to be cut. 3-5 seconds is probably a good measure?
A small variety of sounds would be nice, maybe 3 base and 1 or 2 emagged or something like that.
