CODE BOUNTY - tgui backend for research consoles

I'll throw $20 at whoever can code the backend for the R&D console, techfabs, etc. The UI itself isn't too difficult and I have people willing to do it, but I'm not about to try and tackle this shit.

Anyone else who wants to throw in on the bounty let me know

One console per department
I'm a dumb feature coder, also a bad (but not terrible) coderspriter and a semi-good mapper and an enforcer of standards.

If you're doing the whole thing, I believe it's 4 UIs, though the techfab and protolathe are pretty much identical.

You really only need 1 that is modular enough to handle what all your research consoles/techfabs are expecting to handle.

In fact, it would be quite nice if it was singular so that people, regardless of department or machine specifics (IE this one can only print vs. this one can print and research tech), will at least be familiar with the ui.
