description of the helmet says:
A plasmaman containment helmet designed for security officers, protecting them from being flashed and burning alive, alongside other undesirables.

but if you walk in front of a portable flasher without sunglasses on you still get flashed with the helmet on.

Probably a hold over from 1) when all plasmamen helmets had flash protection and 2) regular helmets had flash protection (I think they don't anymore)

Probably needs a description change rather than a change to make the helmet have flash protect
