[Claimed] Fix Chameleon Gun's server crashing issue

The gun worked and it was really cool. But it'd crash the server. Eventually, every round it was used it.
I'm not really sure how or why, and it wasn't always an immediate crash. But whenever the item was used the server would go down.
$20 bucks to whoever can fix it.

You have to describe what a chameleon gun actually was it's been so long

A combination of the chameleon system (turn into any gun) and the practice laser gun.
It could mimick any gun sprite, gun bullets, and gun sound effects. But it'd do 0 damage entirely like a practice laser gun. Very fun to use and highly effective prank for the first couple seconds.
