Planning on making a tackling QoL PR, need assistance.

I've wanted to make a tackle QoL pr since tonight, do you know where i can find the "If one-legged" or "If you have a T2 or T3 wound" statements in the code?

This is what i plan to add: "Being fat increases tackle power by 1 due to being heavy, being in shove-slowdown reduces tackle defense by 1 due to being off-balance, having a T2, a T3 wound on a leg reduces tackle defense by 2 and 3 respectively and having one leg reduces your tackle defense by 4 due to you for the most part being a sitting duck in this situation."

This PR would give tackle glove users more incentive to target legs instead of the head/chest.

this is just a balance change if you want to make a tackling QoL change make it so tackling only works with right click throw so I dont break my skull on a wall trying to toss something fast

to be fair I dont think the balance changes were a terrible idea and making the shoveslow the first part of a combo so your tackle is stronger would be cooler than the current "click on the person the instant you are in range"
