I can't connect specifically to Sybil

Every time I try to connect it won't let me and just gives me the standard firewall error that means nothing. I can connect to Basil just fine, but not Sybil. Truly this is a conspiracy to get me to change servers and RP with the Basilites

Apparently all I needed to do was update. I have no idea why Basil was cool while Sybil was not.
Maybe I just proved that separation is real and equality is further than we thought, BREAK DOWN THE WALL MR GORBACHEV
