A couple people have mentioned this and I've heard others express support. Do you support term limits for headmins? If so, what form would you like them to take?

I would support term limits for headmins. It's great having an experienced person in the role, there's no doubt. But I also value having fresh perspectives and fresh names sitting at the wheel (not to mention headmins themselves having a chance to take a step back).

I believe implementing a two-term limit for headmins is reasonable. Maybe something like two terms on and then you have to wait 1-2 terms to run again.

Two consecutive terms is enough to get anything done.
