Well after checking, the monkey was spawned 40 minutes before he killed you, it wasn't anything planned. Just another day I guess.

stickymayhem was responsible for this according to the logs. I agree this was pretty bad if he just spawned a magic kebab and let it do whatever it wanted, but I don't know what kind of powers the thing had

EDIT: ok yeah, it was just a sprite edited monkey that was spawned 40 minutes earlier.
