To apply a 7 day ghost role ban on a very debatable situation is very trigger happy. As such MrAlphonzo is too inexperienced and needs more time to become a better admin. I would advised against promoting him or even keeping him in an admin role in interest of the player base

One thread at a time please. A (possibly) poor ruling by a trial admin who is supposed to be learning is not really cause for a complaint either unless they were acting with malice.
