Time and Server(Bagil or Sybil) incident occurred: Sybil around 1:30 am EST.
Detailed summary:
Got revhead, but was called out on the radio by Scuff (Ghom) as a conversion antag because I was at arrivals at roundstart as an atmos tech. He sent this PDA message to Sec "Aieet is most probably rogue, I can tell from a mile away, an atmos tech at arrivals roundstart, he travelled all the way to tool storage too. preventatively brig them so we can discover which affiiliation do they have."

I get arrested, etc, and ahelp asking if that is really allowed. I get no response, later I ahelp again asking for a ruling, no response. Eventually the round ends and I ahelp twice more at the beginning of the new round asking if I can get some kind of response to which I receive "no" from Packs.

Aside from the obvious bullshit of the original complaint, I had a legitimate question that was not insulting or angry and got no answer from multiple admins aside from a 'no' to the question of getting a response.

guessing round id's is horrible at least you did the right thing by complaining right away so I could pick the most recent logs to look at.

As far as I can see icepacks was deadminned during the initial ahelp. It would be frustrating to get told no if you believe admins saw your initial ahelp and didn't do anything but it seems pax just didn't ask why you were asking for a response. From the four admins on, the other three deadminned before your ahelp came on and whether bob dobbington noticed your ahelp or not is something else.

Admins should assume something is wrong and ask for more information when they get ahelps that are ambiguous like the second one you made but they're not trained 911 dispatchers so things like this will happen unfortunately.

it souldn't be that hard to find the round log

you can wget the entire months logs as a zip unzip and then

grep -r 'ADMINPM' | grep 'IcePacks' /path/to/unzipped/folder

Not trying to sound glib, but I was under the impression that if you were deadminned, you don't answer ahelps or show up on the adminwho list, and you did both at the time.

revhead is an explicitly ooc term, it has no in game equivalent, it should be covered by the same policy they were previously attempting to implement on someone who said it's revs and got in trouble.

I have exposed the admin double standard yet again

The PDA message isn't in the logs? I was given the content of the message from one of the ghosts watching it go down. I see it at 4:59:49 when they were talking about it, but I didn't actually see it get sent.

There is no PDA's in the log that I can see, it's possible the logging on them is broken

"a head of the revolutionaries" is an IC concept

"the round type" is not

this is not difficult and it is also not the focus of this thread

Yeah, that's the round where you just said no instead of looking into what I was asking about. It was pointed out above that you weren't admin on the first round.

overhearing objectives and snitching is ok and so is hacking into ops comms then having the crew prep stealthy.

Asking for someone to random search because they're an atmos tech at arrivals is absurd.

So, you can file this one as closed whenever you want. The original issue was addressed, and the only reason it ended up as a complaint thread against Packs was because he was the last one on at the time. Complaint retracted, etc.
