If you break into the captain's office, your ass is grass. there's not really much more to it, just don't do that and it doesn't happen. Beastthing12 did nothing wrong, sorry.

And also if he witnessed it happen, then there isn't any investigation needed.

I was passing by the bridge when I saw you break in. I started orbitting because I assumed nothing good would come of this. Sure enough, the detective follows and beats the shit out of you while you're in the captains office. You die.

it's funny because there's actually a rule that directly greenlights killing awesine in this situation, "6. Players who attempt to break into the captain's office, head of personnel's office, or the bridge at or near roundstart for no legitimate reason put themselves at risk for being legitimately killed by the captain, heads of staff, or security."

It's not being a dick to lethal someone as security in the middle of a high stakes engagment with someone who just committed a break in to the command area of the station, especially given that a stun is a one hit and done

He killed ian in the hop's office roundstart which also falls under the same rule i cited but maybe he's being blissfully ignorant

either way no not actionable kor can reopen if he wants to say something on it
