I have to admit, I've always been told it's bad form to mute OOC and then go on to offer your own opinion now that nobody can call you gay or whatever. Admins can stop the conversation if it's getting dumb at any time, since OOC is not a right anybody has, but we can at least be fair about it. I'd like to hear from hg about this, though. And I'll also point out he was the one who directed me to this thread, which I appreciate.

My OOC comment was not representative of my personal opinion, but rather half of of a sarcastic statement about this eternal debate parodying the two sides. If you want to discuss that issue, I recommend you use the policy forum and not OOC, which was about to get ugly as far as I could tell. As for my response to you, adminhelp is not for making disrespectful comments. If you had civilly asked why OOC was muted, you would have gotten an answer.
