[Ausops] - Terrible Etiquette

This player was incredibly salty in PM's despite Arianya being perfectly correct by rules, precedent, and trying to be nice.
Ausops opens by accusing Arianya of "babying" the players, and being too new of an admin to make the proper judgement.
When Qbmax32 points out how aggressive and terrible the player was in PM's Ausops flips the script and calls Qbmax32 "too old" of an admin to make the proper judgement.
When I continue to point out Rule 3 Precedents specifically say the admin can change/ask a person to change their name for literally any reason at all Ausops flip and just start calling me all kinds of shit.
If a player came into a thread and acted like this they'd be steno banned for sure, so why is it okay for Ausops to treat both myself and other admins like this?
