Detailed summary: Had a wand of death spawn at my feet via magic event. I ahelped to ask if the wand of death would work on megafauna. Stickymayhem answered with "Yes go be cool"
Wand of death did in fact not work at all on bubblegum, thus wasting a charge.

My main complaint is the misinformation/lie about the wand, not so much the fact a charge was wasted. I'm not exactly a fan of an admin lying in ahelps, or spreading misinformation. I would have preferred to have just been told they didn't know the answer.

Not a very important complaint to be sure, but it's a complaint nonetheless.

They probably just forgot megafauna are immune to death procs

There’s nothing here regarding anything that sticky did in this situation as even remotely questionable. Making a complaint because an admin accidentally gave you false information comes off as incredibly petty. Admins aren’t omniscient and there’s nothing in the rules regarding punishment for this sort of thing.

As a reminder, admins and players should withhold comment unless they are involved or a gamemaster/headmin.

New Rule: 2. If you are not directly involved with the complaint (You are the guy who was banned, you saw what happened, you were his victim, etc.) then do not post in the complaint.

Only the the OP, the admin the complaint is filed against, Headmins and GameMasters may freely post in complaints.

Players and other admins may still post if citing rules or logs like The Peanut Policy in Ban Appeals subforum.

This is not a valid complaint. Admins are not omnipotent and being wrong isn't a black mark on them.
