Detailed summary: I posted a ban appeal about a year old head-ban I received for running a gimmick as captain where all crew donated an arm to a locker I was carrying aroun with everyone's arms in it. This was unacceptable and I received a ban. Fair enough. I appeal a year later, I admit my mistake and apologize. The only input I receive are "what" and "denied" with no further explanation.
Asking Rustledjimm for an explanation as to why my appeal was denied, and his only response was to deny knowledge of the thread or issue. Am I to take from this that I am simply a special case who does not receive proper handling of bans, or is Rustledjimm out of line here? Thanks.

I'm asking you here, now, and getting the exact same kind of responses you gave me in the hut. You're dodging all the questions and pretending you don't know what I am talking about. I'm not making any unreasonable requests, I am asking for a simple explanation which is what an admin's job is to provide in the ban appeals section.

It's not a forum issue, it's an issue of a ban appeal. You're saying that there is effectively no way to contest the way a ban appeal is handled except "PMing the headmins who will brush you off", which I know is not true because no one would set up such a ridiculous system.

I think it was a problem with the fact that the text was changed to be the exact same color as the background and the "Why you think you should be unbanned" reason was just good copypasta.
It was hilarious but not serious. I don't blame Rustled for locking it though since there wasn't exactly a real reason there as to why you should be unbanned. Additionally, nobody could read your ban appeal since it appeared to be blank.
You're welcome to make a serious appeal that can be considered though. Admins will often lock appeals that they consider to not be serious or in good faith.
