[Booktower]-left my ticket open out of pettyness

My complaint spans three rounds really, started with a round where i was captain. During the round, there was a revs panic and i killed a couple of people for breaking into the brig. Me and booktower went back and forth about it, and in the end he did not discipline me, besides continuing to ghost me and criticize my actions. The next round, I spawned in about a minute late as warden(forgot to ready up). It was a nukies round, so I was just gonna hand out guns. Before I could do that however, one of the other sec officers attacked me with a stun batton, screaming at me to open the armory. he then chucked me into doors to get in, stun batoning me the whole time. When i was finally not stunned, i attempted to shoot him. I was immediately gunned down by the other likely confused officers who stood by the whole time. I was shooting him because what he did is clearly completely out of line and just plain stupid, I was more suprised than angry. I ahelped, booktower almost immediately took the other guys side, than stopped responding. After about 20 minutes had passed, i messaged him again, figuring he had forgotten. He said that he did not feel like he could objectively answer my ticket, and had left it open. by this time, the round was wrapping up(flukies). He did not seek to get another admin, or even close my ticket. He directed me to the discord, and I was unable to get a response, although I was informed I couldn't even be helped there. I do however have the logs from today, when I asked him about his actions, and he admitted to ignoring it. I found this whole thing petty and unprofessional, something I have never encountered on tg. I wanted to keep this short as I could, but I can make a detailed summery of the round as captain as well if need be.
the following is the conversation we had today during a different round
PM to-Admins: why did you leave my ticket open yesterday
Admin PM from-Booktower: It was from a previous round, nobody was gonna handle it
PM to-Admins: you said you felt that you could not be objective.
Admin PM from-Booktower: Yes, I was pretty tired after adminning for several hours and due to your shenanigans in the previous round I didn't feel like I could be objective
PM to-Admins: so you just ignored it
(he then ignores me for awhile so i messeged him again)
Admin PM from-Booktower: DUDE. I let you get away with some very questionable behaviour as captain and then in the next round you ahelp when you get into a shitflinging contest between you and other members of sec. Deal with it. That's my personal opinion.
Admin PM from-Booktower: I personally just didn't care to wade through logs for that.
(admitting that he did not even check. I had ahelped right after it happened)
M to-Admins: thats just not what happened. if you felt i was in the wrong you should have punished me. i have no idea why you would not punish me, than use that as an excuse to ignore me. that dude fucking stun locked and chucked me into doors to open the armory. you are being kinda rude man i f you dont like being an admin, maybe dont do it
Admin PM from-Booktower: Like I said, I didn't feel like I could be objective with your ticket, we're supposed not to handle tickets if we feel personal feelings could get in the way of a fair judgement.

PM to-Admins: yeah but than nobody else picked it up. so you bascially just ignored it. you didnt pass it off to someone else
Admin PM from-Booktower: Who would I pass it off to, nobody else was online, and I didn't want to bother admins for something like this.
Admin PM from-Booktower: We have supportmin on discord as well as a help channel specifically for this
PM to-Admins: i just dont understand why the hell you wouldnt just close it. you must have thought there was a possiblity that i was making a legitmate complaint, but instead of seeking to resovle it(your job) you decided to ignore it and hoped i would just give up on it

Sorry for my awful spelling and my lack of round ids, forgot to save them. I am willing to further elaborate on all three rounds if need be. Never really had this kind of problem with an admin.
