I'm going to go ahead and state for the record that ari was acting under my direction on how forum ban appeals are handled.

This complaint is now against me.

This complaint is entirely pointless, then. It'd be like walking into a church, going on a tirade about how God has mistreated you, and expecting the local pastors to side with you.

Using the application of common sense, I'll be retracting the complaint. But let's break this down so I can at least understand your mindset. The trashed thread wasn't an appeal, it was a complaint. Even if it was an appeal, why would it get thrown out? It's already impossible to appeal a forum ban using the correct methods due to the very nature of a forum ban. Some would argue that's the point, but how else are the circumstances regarding an extremely suspect ban supposed to become a matter of public knowledge and official discourse?
