Detailed Summary: A chemist blew a traitor up and killed himself the traitor and 2-3 others including me, chaplain gathers the dead bodies and dusts them. I open a ticket saying "chap is dusting bodies". Thunder12345 replies "Looking into it, what happened exactly?" I say "just starts gathering corpses and dusts them on altar i dont know???" not really understanding why the chaplain was doing this. Thunder12345 closes the ticket saying "Looks like they were monkeyhumas or something and not crew" and immediately logs out without waiting to hear my final frantic ahelp explaining I was one of the 2-3 people dusted and i was not "monkeyhumas or something".
Highly frustrating mainly because I was killed on a tot round where I took no actions.
I can only imagine how the others felt getting dusted instead of having the chance at revival.
No other admins were on or hopped on.

From what I could find in the logs apon a cursory glance he set 2 "nokey" mobs on fire and dusted them Afterwards he dusted 3 more people, which I am assuming was me and 1-2 actual players that died in medical (I cannot find the names only that there were 3 more dusts)

Perhaps put that information in your initial ahelp if it's so important. It's not my job to interrogate every person that ahelps for details of the situation that any reasonable person would've included upfront. I had you telling me the chap was dusting corpses, no reason to believe from that statement that you were one of those corpses. I checked the logs, found some instances of the chaplain killing monkey humans, and so from the information given to me this looked like a pretty clear case of nothing having been done wrong.

Please try to remember that admins are not telepathic and we have to rely on the information the player who ahelps gives us.

Heres the ahelp logs, From this we can see thunder logged in to handle your ticket.

Some attack logs we can see the chaplain lighting two folks on fire, neither which were on the crew manifest, Logs relating to you: Now if you're looking just for people the chap set on fire that first set was what you'll find. However, from what we can determine the manner in which you were set on fire was via your corpse being dragged from medbay to the chapel and dragged onto the already raging fire.
Which is very easy to miss with how logs work. As an administrator you would likely be ctrl+fing "has lit on fire" or "has attacked" rather than dragged actions.

Its always best to include as much information as you can in an ahelp, since logs can be a bit tricky and stuff like this can be missed. We don't think Thunder did anything which would warrant us upholding this complaint.
