ROUND ID HERE IF APPLICABLE: None
Detailed summary: Citrusgender promised to play D&D with Fren Cee two years ago and has failed to commit to that promise. If we can't trust them with this how can we trust them with anything? Probably deserves a boot back to Trialmin but I'm not a headmin so I'll leave it up to their discretion.
