Detailed summary:
i outed my own team mates, i fucked up on that, this was fair for him to job ban me from team antags but when he used my adminhelp requesting for help about a clown rev who was intentionally using my negative quirk that makes me blind and immobile near clowns to comatose me even though i was also a rev, he thought that was my reason for outing the revs, and when i tried to explain my side of the story he kept closing the ticket and preventing me from speaking, so i used ooc because i was unable to do anything else so then he perm banned me from ooc

he ignored the fact that the clown was team killing me while reprimanding me for doing something similar earlier which i tried to apologize for

admins just ban people rather than trying to actually figure out what happened and why

because i have autism i have trouble finding the right words to explain what happened so forgive me if it doesnt make alot of sense

You aren't banned from OOC. I muted you because you immediately went to typing in OOC over a ticket from that round. If you want to protest, you do it on the forums like you're doing now or in the round afterwards.

The clown rev had nothing to do with the team antag ban, you (a rev) got into a minor scrape with a head rev and instead of ahelping first, talking them down IC or otherwise you instead immediately outed them over common. Just because someone MAY have broken the rules does not give you carte blanche to break them yourself. Ahelp next time.

I think you're misunderstanding why I applied the jobban. Your interaction with the clown while we were talking consisted of him being near you and triggering your brain damage phobia a few times alongside a slip. Dickish? Possibly, but that's the clowns job after all. You were back on your feet in less then a few minutes.

But it had nothing to do with your prior interaction with the head rev who you purposely ratted out over the radio. I applied the jobban because a minor spat with your teammate ends up with you trying to get them killed by giving them up over the radio. You've even said yourself in this complaint that you think the ban was somewhat justified. You could have tried to talk to them ICly, asked your other teammates for help or just ahelped and asked someone to look into it instead of going for the nuclear option.

I think the argument he's making is that while the ban was justified he feels your handling of the situation where the clown was deliberately making another rev go comatose and slipping them repeatedly warranted better scrutiny.

Under headmin ruling, conflicts between team antags can follow standard escalation but cannot be detetrimental to the teams objective. A team antag clown abusing a teammates brain trauma multiple times and to the point of unconsciousness solely because it is funny does run somewhat counter to pursuing the team objective. A clown needs to prioritize being a rev over a clown just like any other job role.

They were slipped once, then shoved once or twice. Their clown phobia was triggered a total of six times across the round. Two of these were earlier in the round before I had bwoinked them, the others were across a five or so minute period. I felt that there wasn't enough shittery from the clown warranting any intervention. Zart could have escalated per usual and been perfectly fine. If it had become any more excessive, I would have stepped in.

Sorry this took forever to get around to. We'd made a decision 2 weeks ago and then never posted it.
