Detailed summary: I made another admin complaint and she proceeded to deny it and close it on the principle that complaints are "only valid if an appeal is successful." I looked into the rules listed in Admin Complaints and there is no such rule. It's clear from Misdoubtful's post history that this action was most likely just a petty action since he/she does not like people like me. I would appreciate it if my complaint was reopened and genuinely given thought as it holds weight.
