Detailed summary: While I was playing AI, I received an extremely debilitating law update
You can imagine how this law limits any and all meaningful interaction between the AI and the crew, if not completely eliminating it. Given the fact that there is no accompanying ion law flavor text (garbled noise text or warning) and its very specific nature leads me to assume that this law was admin-placed. In addition to the fact that its format is the exact same as a previous admin-set law in this round:
