"Modular" events with VR.

VR is terribly underused, and it has the capability to a lot of things.

Advantages:
1. No need to worry about loot being brought back.
2. No need to worry about people dying.
3. Doesn't derail maps as much.
4. Compatible to load your own maps/arena as a custom away mission, just don't put a gateway in your map.

To set up VR you:
1. Spawn a landmark.
2. Spawn the sleepers.

You can make premade maps with landmarks and load them as away missions like the Murderdome:

All you need to do is spawn sleepers on the station.

Note that the regular VR sleepers can be emagged to enable the whole you die in the game you die in the real meme so make sure to spawn the hugbox ones from https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/36974 if you want to ensure no-death for sure.

I eventually want to map VR sleepers into the stations and reenable some away missions with VR landmarks instead so we don't have to worry about away missions derailing stuff and still have an off-station experience.
