Not really sure how these event ideas are supposed to be so I'll just say it:

You've probably come across this website, the idea here is to make a discord event, where people would submit their SS13 character name and photo and then be placed here, the winner can get some sort of prize, a special role or no prize at all.
If you don't know this website, it's basically a hunger games simulator where you can have custom characters.
A new channel in discord can be created for people to talk about the current situation on the hunger games, togheter with a channel for the event runner to announce what is going on and an announcement talking about it on #announcements
The character submissions can be done through a channel on discord or through the event runner's DMs.
