Truly I want to play DMCA, but I can't, cause it's never up. Even at weekends sometimes it comes up at 8pm muh time, sometimes at 10pm. Isn't it running on Terry? Terry is not that crowded to not be able to spare the processing power, no? What is the plan here fellow operatives?

TL;DR: Not enough admin coverage, lack of database and proper tools, and balancing issues for lowpop.
The good part is that we are making daily progress, with quite high activity from contributors.
