This is one of the few cases where all your notes and bans are nothing but you blatantly griefing other players.

Your urist account was never unbanned on bay and had like 4 permabans but you recently started playing there on maskoff and they just let you for some reason?
Oh well, not my boat over there. Most of your notes about conduct over there has zero relevance here due to it mostly being about roleplay standards/gimmicks being run.

Just because you did nothing but literally grief here, I'd say I'll unban you but any blatant grief/shittery will result in the ban being instantly placed again regardless of the ban being from 2 years ago.
