Mirrored ban from SolumAmant that they were evading. I decided not to just permaban them since their behavior has by and large been good from what I have seen. Pick an account here and stay on it, the rest will be banned for housekeeping purposes. The noh8 ckey at least has connections in May without any trouble, which an improvement over 2016 and the start of 2017, so that should be taken into consideration.

Cheridan can readd the greytide ban should he wish although I would prefer if he looked at behavior post the unban since it is his initial ban.
