At the time of me contacting Shiptest, you had 54 connections and about 68 living hours. In the message you posted it says that your behaviour is not outstanding (but has improved somewhat). It sounds like you don't have a perfect record over there, despite the short playtime.

I've been conflicted about this, which was part of the delay. You seem to have put a lot of effort into returning to /tg/. But, to put it bluntly, I haven't seen anything that would convince me that you wouldn't fall back into the same bad habits you had that got you banned from here in the first place.

What I'm hoping to see from you next time you appeal is:

1. You read and follow the rules of other servers you play on
2. You show more consideration towards the experience of others in-game

The above is still true. If you're having fun playing on Shiptest, keep playing on Shiptest! Play there for another couple months, show them that you're a good player, and prove me wrong.

In the meantime though, this appeal is denied. The other headmins are free to overrule.
