Ban Reason: Suicide as a MT to escape being arrested by MPs
My side of the story: I as an MT decided to deploy to the FOB to improve it. Later in the round a MP came down and asked me to go back to the ship (He never attemted to arrest me) after that i suicided and logged off.
I should be unbanned because i think that is not a perma worthy offense although i should have cryoed instead of suiciding so that other players can play the same role.

This is suiciding to avoid arrest. Plain and simple. Whine about this point all you want I'm considering it factual.
As for why this is a perma I took your history into account. You have been racking up notes and for the most part we have been giving you the benefit of the doubt until today when you were pushing it with the soft griefing. You made a bunch of reinforced glass walls in the path of the tank. I decided to do some digging as you were looking more like a deliberate troll rather than a clumsy player. Sure enough there was a lot, and none of it was reassuring.

Our policy is to give people opportunities to learn from their fuckups and improve. Players who repeat offenses, outright refuse to acclimate to our rules, or show signs of being malicious can and will receive harsher punishments for otherwise minor offenses. In this case It is clear why you have such a long history, namely, to soft grief. I don't see any reason to allow you to continue playing here regardless of the offense in question. Theres no sense in waiting for a troll to make a big enough mistake so they can be permabanned.
And no you can't remove the public association with your old ckey. Claiming to be someone else when its already a matter of public record is something we can point out as we see fit. Nor are we under any obligation to assist in deleting those records. You made your bed, now you get to sleep in it.

Glass on its own does not block anything. When the tank needed to go back i destroyed the grilles which actually stop movement

I'm not going to argue minor details as I believe I explained my ban was for the attitude problem, and not any individual offense. Whether tanks are blocked by some glass isn't relevant as your intent was clear in this instance and in others. I am denying this appeal. If you want a reasonable chance at an appeal I want to see a pattern of good behavior from at least one other server. Not just following the rules, but actually trying to make the place better for everyone involved. Do that and I will strongly consider an appeal, do anything less and I don't care what you have to say.
