Your side of the story: So I was a specialist from an unknown squad at the time, I had missed the Alamo drop and i caught eye of a TC pulling a tank flamer ammo crate along, the ones with 120 shots per canister, at the time the tank was below-deck so I decided to try and maybe have a little laugh by annoying another player, I opened the ammo crate right as he was passing the PO area with the Ripleys and various dropship equipment, grabbed a few canisters, walked 5-7 tiles away and dropped them right around the PO storage wall so they would be out of sight, I repeated this till I had relocated atleast five flamer canisters, if memory serves me right I was going to grab more till he pulled out a shotgun and immediately tried to shoot me, as far as i know from my chatbox, there was no attempt at communication before this, no laugh for me to stop, no all caps yell at me, just him trying to pointblank shoot me with his shotgun. As anybody else would when somebody threatens to kill them, I ran and responeded lethal force with lethal force, pulling out my own 88Mod4 pistol if i recall correctlly and firing at him, he was chasing me and trying to hit me me but i kept firing and moving, at some point i'm pretty sure I was hit as I went to medical and got surgery, then afterwards I went back to the hangar and waited for the Alamo, TC no longer in sight, I figure I was having breathing issues at the time so I went back to medical from the south-entrance, thats where I saw both TCs, and yet again if i recall correctly one of the TCs pulled out a weapon and opened fire on me or I was still feeling enraged by his attempt to kill me so I tried to finish what I started and opened fire on him, I only recall gunfire, not whose it was. After this, the original TC with the shotgun chased me back to the hangar bay, south of DS1 landing area there were two marines, after the TC tried to shoot me, if im recalling correctly they tried to take him down, although they failed and both of the marines were head decapped by the shotgun wielding TC, at this point I've ran back to the PO tools area where I was constantly firing down the hallway hoping to take the TC out, in the end i aswell was head decapped by the TC. Now the whole side of my story has alot of "if i recall correctly" because this was quite a while ago and alot of stuff has happened inbetween the ban and this post so I do not remember exactly what happened, though this right here is what I feel like is what happened so I wrote that down.

Why you think you should be unbanned: First of all, I shouldn't have tried to have fun by being a shitter to other players, we're all here to have fun and immerse ourselves in a game of mankind vs alien threat, I have no disagreement with me being punished for being a shitter to other players because that is not cool to do. Secondly, I think there was some miscommunication as It says I "stole" the flamer ammo when in actual fact I just threw it 6-8 tiles away from the TC, at no point did I take the fuel into my backpack with me, put it in a crate or some other storage with the intent to not give it back or tell the TC its location. Thirdly, It has been quite a while since this ban and I think I can actually show that I'm ready to play cooperatively with other players, I used to be banned on Colonial Marines for basically the same reason of being a shitter but I was unbanned and have been playing It cooperatively as you should be on a team, with near no issues regarding my behaviour against or with my fellow teammates. Aswell as that, I have been playing on Beestation with little to some issues regarding my behaviour, I am currently not banned on either for anything I have done recently. I think I can play TGMC and have good times with the other players and perhaps help them have fun in the process. If you asked me if I still enjoy being a shitter like some other certain servers/people, I'd say yes I do, anyone saying they've changed from that nature is downright a liar but will I continue to specifically go out of my way to be a shithead to my fellow teammates/players, harass them or generally be a twat just so i can have more of a laugh? I wouldn't want to do that anymore because I don't want to be known as the guy whose an ass to other players around him, commiting nothing but harrassment to another players gameplay anymore and as I said earlier, we're all here to enjoy this game and I know I don't want to ruin it for other players. I've been passing through CM round after round with no issues, If i can act like a cooperative player with fellow players and not be a twat to them there, than I can do that here aswell and maybe help them also have fun along the way.I shouldn't be ruining the rounds of other players as they're here to do the same thing as I am, have some fun and get through the hours in some way. It has probably taken me too long to understand that we're here to have fun as a community of players that work together for it, not against eachother. Thanks for spending the effort reading this and maybe even replying to it, even if its not the news I want its the news I'll have to accept.

Your infraction itself is relatively minor, and the primary reason you received the ban was due to your permanent ban on TG.

Additionally, your recent behavior with another server checks out. While they were unwilling to specifically vouch for your character, I'm willing to accept that you've improved to a sufficient degree.
