Your side of the story: <It was a crash on LV-624. I was a medic, and my friend was a specialist flamethrower. We went to copy the disks and started with the disk in the nexus. The main group of Marins was busy with their important business and most likely did nothing. Sint ordered the flamethrower to protect the ship, as it was "useless in support and attack", but he refused. We worked together and started collecting disks. Some time after we started collecting the discs, synth started blaming johnny over the radio and calling him names when we were doing our main task. He called johnny that he is VERY useless. When we got back to the ship, johnny tried to have a normal conversation with Sint about calling us names on the radio, and only made Sint even more angry, he got tired of the Ruse, set it on fire, and we left. From that moment, Sint started talking into the radio "johnny sucks and can't do anything" several times more often and declared us traitors, ordering all the Marins to kill us, but not 1 Marin did not touch us, because everyone apparently understood that Sint-defective.
We collected all 3 disks and returned to the ship to gather strength. When we returned to the ship, Synt locked himself in the cockpit, sealing the door, and ordering us to be shot from there. This made johnny very angry, and so did I, so johnny blew up the door. Synth ran out of the cockpit and attacked johnny, but he started to Dodge. Synth hit 1 time leash, but it was already understood that synth is defect. We, who had collected all 3 disks of Marina, returned to replenish the supplies, and the fucking synth just kept shouting that we would be killed because we betrayed everyone, when we did not betray everyone. We completed the mission faster than any other Marines, that's a fact. After Synt attacked johnny, I shot that defect shit. So same I many times beat his after this, so as knew, that he dangerous for society (and that his can be revive, so as I was a medic) and attacked Marin with attempt to killings, when on RP simply could not such a do. After that, johnny and I didn't wait for the other Marins, so we radioed them and went after the nuclear bomb. We came to a nuclear bomb and launched it. There were already a few seconds left and johnny managed to shout into the radio that the others would take off, as we were clamped by aliens. Some of the people on the ship started saying that they didn't believe us and that they didn't have all the disks. Then B. O. O. M. I was only banned on the next map when I was playing for xenomorphs and without thorough proceedings on both sides.>

Why you think you should be unbanned: <The reason for my ban says I massively grief, teamkill and or metacomms. I admit that I am metacommed with my friend johnny, but I think that my ban is impractical, since synth constantly humiliated johnny, which is simply unacceptable from the RP. He also attacked a man, which I could not allow, since I was a medic and was responsible for the health of colleagues. I couldn't allow any more humiliation on the part of Sint, and I couldn't ignore the fact that he had attacked a man. (which is also not allowed) I also realized that metacomit bad, as to communicate in the game many times more interesting than the programs. Hello, thank you for appealing.

First off

I was only banned on the next map when I was playing for xenomorphs and without thorough proceedings on both sides.

This is correct, you were not given a thorough investigation to begin with and I did not prompt you before the ban. Admins were alerted by an ahelp and then a post in #help about you and your friend teamkilling the synth. As there were multiple witnesses and no admins currently available so I quickly got on and banned both you and your friend before I needed to step out.

Analysis:
Synth tried to weld itself in the CIC, C4 was placed and blown, synth got one knife jab in then got completely destroyed.

You will note that, yes, the Synth did attack first this was in self defense as previously he was threatened with death by Jhonny.

Was the synth being an asshole? Sure, maybe.
Does that give you reason to murder it? No. That is the basis of the ban.

Did the synth follow all the rules? No, not really. They did ahelp after getting attacked but then they went and retaliated which is against the rules.

Also, your admittance of using 3rd party communications is noted, thank you for your honesty.

I'm going to leave this open to responses for a day or so to let the other admins weigh in on this.
