i was told that jerry unbanned me. but i'm still not able to join the server it appear for me as if i was banned

did you provide the correct key?
As far as I can tell you're not banned, you should be able to join with the regular invite link:

Honestly not sure what to tell you at this point, you could try flushing Discords cache but I'm just guessing at this point. If another account with your IP is also banned you can't get in either, or if you're in 100 servers. If neither of those resolve it I'd suggest opening a ticket with Discord support.
