Any previous experience administrating? Where and in what manner:

Not really "administrating" as per the title administrator. I have a lot of experience on moderating in SS13.
Where? CM13.

How long have you been playing TGMC and other servers in general:

TGMC about 60hs + SS13? About 2500 hours.

Have you been banned from any SS13 servers within the past 6 months? If so, what server, and for what reason:

No.

Have you ever recieved a permanent ban from a server? If so, what server, and for what reason:

No.

Why do you believe that you would make a good admin?

Because i love this game, i love the server gimmick and i have a personal thing which involves making the place i like enjoyable for everyone. Besides, having common sense its always good.

What's one aspect of how you play the game that you think you could improve on?

I'd like to enhance my RP abilities.

What standards do you personally hold players to? How should judgements on their actions be determined?

It's just a game, people are here to have fun and such. I determine punishments based on what the player did, checking their background for similar events, and then i would determine the punishment, note/warning -> escalation to ban.

What is a good metric or standard to go by when doing admin events? What would you try to consider when doing an admin event? How often do you think you'd run admin events?

Good metric? Players having fun, not messing up the balance of the round. I do not know the event rules here, but i would like to run them often. I have some good ideas regarding event making that players would love to be part of.

What do you think you'll find most enjoyable about being an admin? What do you think you'll find least enjoyable?

Being able to enforce rules, event making, there's something i love, and its being da rule police. I like working under pressure so, to be honest, there's not really anything id find boring.

No one admins forever. For what reason or how do you think you will stop adminning? Do you think you'll be able to call it quits when you've had enough?

I'd probably take some vacations and be back in a few weeks. That usually happens when IRL is being a bitch. I've been playing SS13 for a while now, and theres no quitting it.

Please fill out the following example scenarios, put your answer on a separate line from the question:

1. A player shoots another player near the start of the round, but the MPs have already detained and brigged him.

There are no MPs in TGMC. Either a new player trying to figure out stuff, possible missclick, or a possible griefer. In any case, PM the player, ask for his side of the story, and take the right punishment if it was necessary.-

2. You see a player walking around the ship without any clothes on, looking pretty lost.

No rule breaks here. I could PM him and tell him to use the verb mentor help for starters or link him to our wiki.

3. A player is getting aggressive in adminhelps and requesting to speak to a higher ranking staff member.

I'd tell him to chill, and that there's no reason for him to talk to a "higher ranking staff". If he's not happy with my resolve, he can write a staff complaint on forums and appeal it.

4. You notice a player with a name that doesn't fit our naming rules. The player is arguing that they've used the name for several years across multiple servers and no one has told them to change it before.

Rules are rules, we enforce MRP. Player must have a realistic first and last name. Id inform him to read our rules, and that sadly, its against them. Id ask him for a new name suitable for the server and rename him, telling him to save the name on the next round.

5. You see an ST running around in armor and carrying a rifle. The security level is green with no threat present.

I dont see anything wrong here. I mean, i don't need to get involved unless he starts to murderbone the entire ship.

6. The round is stagnating. There are 14 marines and 4 aliens (balance will change over time, just imagine a stalemate scenario according to the current meta). The marines won't leave the ship, and the aliens won't attack. What would you do, to "encourage" the sides to engage each other?

Not sure if TGMC have the tools named XOOC and MOOC, in any case, id use the game tools, like word of the queen or announce as HC and try to make them fight eachother.

Example:
Id HC marines telling them how many xenos left, and granting them bonus assets to complete the mission.

7. A marine is running around disarming other marines and stealing their gear near the beginning of the round.

I'd say this is straight up trying to a be a troll/griefer. Harmless shennanigans are fine, as long players are having fun, but stealing important gear is not.

8. A marine has killed another marine. When you ask him why, he said it was because the other marine had punched him or said something rude towards him.

First of all i'd tell him its against the rules, TGMC is a faction based game. You cant go around shooting your teammates, without following a proper escalation, like you wouldnt shoot someone in real life just because they punched you once. In any case i would inform him that if he felt the rules were broken by that said player, he can always ahelp and we'll take over it. Warrant aheals to the player that died. Context is important here, depends really on what happened, we always have to investigate and find out "the why".

9. There are minor racist comments going on IC. 9 of the 10 people are laughing and roleplaying but one player gets offended and adminhelps about it.

Rule 1 - No hatespeech nor racial slurs in our server. PM the player that made those comments, write a note. Apply a punishment if thats a common occurance.

10. A marine opens fire at several marines during briefing killing multiple people and logs off before you can message him.

Aheal the players. Apply a ban and perhaps file a permanent ban if thats a thing here. Thats straight up griefing.

11. You see a larva die near the frontlines. Upon further investigation, you see that they bursted in a safe place far away.

Investigate the facts, to see if he was actually trying to suicide or not, some robust players try to scout as larva and may or may not end well on their end. Rule 3 may be broken if the player was actually found guilty of suiciding, a warning and a note should be applied on first offense, and a jobban on following.

12. You see a xeno excessively saying phrases like "Ayyylmao", "Reeeee" and similar in the hivemind chat.

PM the player and request him to stop using netspeak. Since its violating our rule 3.

13. A command staff player mentions during briefing that there might be xenos on the planet.

In all my time playing here, we never had a briefing. In any case, marines know about xenomorph existance. And theres a bioscan as soon everyone wakes up. I dont see anything wrong here.

14. A marine kills another marine on the Evac Pod to take the last spot, but has roleplayed the situation quite well.

IC issue.

15. You see an SSD Squad Leader in the preparation room 1 hour into the round. When you check the logs, you notice he logged off near the beginning of the round.

Would ckey into player, put him into hypersleep. Check players notes. If this a common thing, id issue a jobban or write a note.

16. You see a member of the staff give wrong information in an adminhelp.

I'd PM my fellow staff brother, telling him in the best words, that the information he just gave its incorrect.

17. You see a member of the staff abusing his powers in-game or otherwise breaking the administrator rules.

Nothing i can do. Bring it up to higher administration.

18. You see a player bashing another server or player in OOC.

I'd allow a minor server bash, depending how it goes. In any case its not allowed as per rule 1. Id ask the player to tone it down, if this goes on, people chatting would get an OOC mute. Futher in, the proper punishment for said thing.

19. A player ahelps saying that they were instantly killed by another member of their squad. When you ask their squad member who shot them, they said that it was accidental friendly fire.

Investigate what happened, PMing both players for their side of the story, id check the logs to see any malicious intent in the shooter. FF happens a lot in this game , if i find it was just an accident id rule 0 it.
If this were not an accident or found out it was some kind of metagrudge against the player, the affected part would be ahealed and the shooter punished.

I have some additional questions for you, if you'd like to answer them.

1. You see that a player broke a window to get into medical and take some supplies from it, though the department is unmanned.

2. A player ahelps that a pilot officer called up the dropship too early after the FOB was breached, preventing most of the groundside marines from getting onto the dropship to evacuate. The pilot officer gave a 1 minute notice over comms before departing.

3. A roundstart larva gets killed 2 minutes after roundstart to a survivor on the other side of the map, and disconnects before you can question them.

Ans 1 -IC issue. No admin intervention required.

Ans 2 - Happens all the time. IC issue.

Ans 3 - Two minutes into round as larva? I sense a new player, probably someone who did not get the game and died. Apply a note on his record stating what happened. IN CASE THE PLAYER WAS NEW, id have to check playtime to verify.

Example 2 i'd check say logs for interactions of the player, if it was mute, or the player actually said he was going to suicide. In that case a jobban as xeno would be applied inmmediantly as a regular ban according escalation as per Rule 3 - Do not suicide without proper IC reasons.
